Bed was comfortable and room was big. Across the road is stairwell down to BART station. South east is Chinatown area. Nearby cafes are nice too within walking distance.

The room was quite spacious and nicely renovated. The bathroom was large, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect, right in the center of Oakland and just next to the BART station. Although I didn’t request housekeeping, one day I received a great room cleaning, which was a pleasant surprise.

The room was spacious, and the hotel is within walking distance of public transportation and other points of interest. I was attending a conference held at the same hotel, so it was very convenient for work purposes to stay there.

Well equipped room and very comfortable bed. Individual room temperature control worked well. Decent bathroom with good shower. Friendly reception staff. Location directly in front of the BART rail system entrance, on a direct line to San Francisco and Oakland airports and the Oakland arena and stadium venues. Many nice cafés and small food shops nearby. I only ate one meal from the restaurant, but it was delicious.

Location was very comfortable, close to BART and city center. Very comfortable bed. Simple and fast check in process. View from hotel was nice.

“Great Stay Woukd go back for the restaurant breakfast!!”
It was clean, spacious room, the breakfast was great , staff always so lovely and welcoming RAMAN from the restaurant in particular we found very good with customer service
