I parked my vehicle in the gated Secured parking lot in the back of the property and my vehicle was robbed in $12000 worth of my personal belongings was taken out of my truck and the hotel staff did not do anything about it, nor did they investigate or show me the cameras as to who may have done it plus when I called the police. Nothing was done. About it and the hotel still didn't think about it period also I stayed in the hotel up to 30 days and on the 30th day, I did not know that I was not able to stay past 30 days even though I made a reserve. Reservation online. I was still denied boarding and the night when I was not there. When my boarding was denied, a vehicle was broken into and I did not know that at the time. So I actually booked 2 more days after that. It was denied boarding again. I request a refund and I'll tell denied my request. Nor did they investigate to see whou looking to my truck period

BAD SMELL OF MARIJUANA IN THE HALLWAYS. THE ICE MACHINE AND THE SNACK MACHINE DO NOT WORK AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE. THEY OPEN THE ROOMS WITHOUT TOUCHING PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYEES.
