Decent size room, crystal clean towels and linen, good price. Unlike other guests I had no issues with water, neighbours and shady people roaming around, but maybe it was just luck.

Dirty carpet, homeless in the parking lot, no guard on security, dirty carpet, coffee tasted weird, washroom smelled, dirty neighborhood,

Many homeless people living on the street. They had to hire security to protect parked vehicles. Carpets in hallways were very dirty.

Super convenient price, walking distance from the Coliseum, near the airport. Perfect wifi and cleaness, water and coffee available 24 hrs at the main lobby.

Nothing. The location was terrible because of the homeless encampment and the room was just okay. I definitely didn't feel safe.

Close to multiple attractions when visiting the area with food and fuel only a short distance, security was very polite and helpful, rooms even though tight were comfortable

Dove for soap, lotion and shampoo. Refrigerator small but work very well, room 322, Mr. Pedro is the best, help us a lot, everything you need for maintenance, just call him and of course security guards carrying for the gate. Ty all.

Computer was down and we could not get checked it. We waited two hours as the staff kept making phone calls to get it working! there was people who got there before us and had already been waiting an hour! When we finally got our room on the second floor the whole hallway carpet covered in plastic. We had people wandering in the hallways at 3am loudly talking and trying to find their room! The entrance to the hotel had a line on both side of the street full of broken down cares and homeless individuals!
