The facility was very good and the room was excepional clean, the bed was clean and fresh, I was completely satisfied. I was very comfortable and I felt secure.

“You get what you pay for”
Convenient location. Very comfortable and large beds. Room was big enough and bathroom was ok as well. The exterior patio was cute, and we had free parking (note however that cars were visible and accessible from the street). Location looked kind of shady at night but it was just our impression because the next morning we realized it was a perfectly safe area with lots of restaurants and shops around.

“Basic but clean and quiet.”
Location is good for accessing downtown Oakland as well as Temescal. Was fairly quiet at night. Courtyard fountain is nice. Staff was friendly; came to make up the room and provided fresh towels everyday.

Very dirty accomodation, non-functioning electric taps, broken toilet seat, worst accommodation on our vacation. I would be ashamed to provide this to a guest and would expect a refund. Does booking.com offer this quality???

We arrived late at midnight and the guy was very helpful we even got a new room because of our luggage, no stairs to use after a long flight very friendly staff

Clear rooms, nice bed, near to MacArthur BART station to SFO AirPort. The owner was very nice and even brought us to the BART station with our luggage.

“Not clean this time unlike last time”
Check in was great! Fast & easy, all good! Locations though it's not as convenient but there are convenient shops and different restaurants within walking distance for you to go to if in need.
