The room was very spacious and comfortable. The beds comfotable and a choice of pillows. The bathroom was lovely and well presented. The view of the lake was beautiful.

Lovely location opposite the water, nice pool and hot tub. Shame the hot tub didn’t work :( Great staff, very helpful to resolve an issue we had with our room.

Breakfast was basic but assume part of the VP. Location was a taxi away for most things. First time in SF and Oakland not ideal first impression. So I checked out and did not stay last 3 days
