Worst place of my roadtrip… TO AVOID Cleanliness is poor, as evidenced by a mouse in the room despite the numerous traps scattered randomly. The staff is not very helpful, if not unavailable, and in terms of friendliness, it's not worth thinking about. And the wifi obviously doesn’t work I would not recommend this unsanitary place to anyone.

Location and value for money

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was great with enough room to put your toiletries and plenty of towels. We had our own kitchen which could have been cleaner however was ok we only used a little. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again. Pool was closed for the season and dirty.

“Misrepresented address.”

The property was misrepresented on Booking.com, and the conditions made it unfit and unsafe for accommodation. Upon arrival, I was told the actual property was located at 40465 Road 425A, Oakhurst, CA, which did not match the address on my Booking.com confirmation. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. When I entered the property, it was in complete darkness with no street lighting. Inside, the sheets were visibly used and emitted a strong, unpleasant odor, making the accommodation entirely unhygienic and unsuitable for occupancy. I left immediately. When I contacted the owner, he falsely claimed the property had been cleaned and attempted to move me to another location, further raising concerns. He then refused my request for a refund.

1. There was no hot water in the shower initially. I had to contact the staff, and only after they went outside and activated a switch did hot water become available. 2. The bedsheets were clearly not changed — they had a sour smell and visible hair. Even after requesting clean ones, the replacement sheets were still dirty, also with hair and unpleasant odor. 3. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. 4. Overall cleanliness was unacceptable and made the stay very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, nothing. Our experience was very negative from the beginning. We arrived at night and received very poor customer service. We were given a handwritten address with a supposed code to access the cabin, but when we got there, nothing was clearly marked or labeled, and the code didn’t work. We went back to the reception, but there was no one there. We tried calling several times and got no response. Nobody helped us or gave us any solution. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Nothing! We couldn't even stay at this lodge. It was so dirty. The sheets hadn't been washed. Bug in bed and hair. Pillow case had mold and mascara on it. Headboard was dirty. Comforter had stains and cigarette burn in it. We left and had to find a different hotel to stay at as this one was not up to any standard of clean. No one will return our calls asking for a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE. The photos online are very misleading.
