The room was clean, very comfy and big. The host (Eddie) was so kind. He really gave us a lot of useful tips for Yosemite.

Everything! It has the warm, cozy lodge character with spacious room and common area. Kitchen supplies and breakfast food are well stored. We wish that we stayed longer. Eddie was very friendly and welcoming. He gave a lot of hints to accommodate our visit to Yosemite.

The structure is beautiful, very welcoming living area and well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom impeccable and comfortable. In conclusion I can say that I spent two beautiful days in a fantastic place also thanks to Eddie.

Truly awesome stay in this beautiful and unique accommodation, proudly tucked away on the hillside in the lush green forest of Oakhurst, CA. We cannot rate it highly enough and THANKS SO MUCH to Eddie, our great host, for making us feel so welcome after a long drive. Our room was great -clean and spacious with good air con and plenty of towels in the bathroom- and a big bonus was the feeling of being "home away from home", with a big modern kitchen for guests to prepare meals etc. and a lounge area to use at leisure. As first-timers to the region, we also really appreciated Eddie´s insights and helpful advice on how to make the best use of our time in the park and he went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one. We would love to visit again!

The location was perfect, so quiet and relaxing after a day of hiking in yosemite. The bed, bedroom and bathroom were huge and very well equipped as was the kitchen. Eddie was a very helpful and generous host.

It's a pretty, peaceful set up. You have a king suite with private bath and outdoor sitting area. The rest of the lodge is shared spaces like the living room, kitchen, large deck and laundry room. It's tastefully decorated and Eddie the host has provided lots of travel info and great tips. Breakfast is more like a self serve kitchen stocked with coffee, waffles, oatmeal, juices, etc that you help yourself to at your convenience. You can also bring anything in you'd like to cook in the fully equipped kitchen and store it in a shared refrigerator. Eddie is very knowledgeable about the area and really helped us navigate our visit to Yosemite.

Eddie was a fantastic host and so helpful with my 3 day trip to Yosemite valley. The actual room was large and very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I love that I was able to get access to a full kitchen even though all I needed was to make my own coffee in the morning.

We had an amazing time at Evergreen Haus near Yosemite! The cozy and charming atmosphere of the place made our stay so enjoyable. Eddie, the proprietor, was incredibly helpful, providing us with excellent advice for our visit to Yosemite. His tips on the best trails, scenic spots, and times to visit were spot on, making our trip even more memorable. We can't recommend Evergreen Haus and Eddie's guidance enough for anyone planning a visit to Yosemite!

It was a perfect stay :) we enjoyed every day with the owner and even despite of the closed south entrance cause of the washburn it was a perfect place to reach the west entrance of Yosemite nationalpark. Thanks eddie for everything, we are looking for the next BBQ at your terrace!
