The Auld Holland, although dated, was quite comfortable and cute. I liked the Dutch styling. The free breakfast was a bit lacking however I truly appreciated the amount of coffee pods that were in the room. The restaurant right next door is very tasty American/Mexican cuisine.

The room was a good size, the counter space with the kitchen sink and mini fridge was great! It gave us lots of space to spread out.

“Basic motel that serves the purpose of providing an accomodation for the night.”
The exterior design of the hotel is great - a Dutch village. Lots of parking. General cleanness of the room. Very friendly and helpful young male staff member at the reception area who went above and beyond his duties to help me get the correct info about Deception pass boat tours.

“Peaceful and comfortable.”
The room was very comfortable. I like the old-fashioned style and decor; it makes for a more relaxing stay. I had a west facing room, so I had to only open the windows for cool air, no air conditioning needed. I have stayed before and will say again.

Excellent staff! This place reminds me of something from childhood road trips where we beg our dad to stay! Unfortunately charming inns such as this one are being replaced by metal box type hotel chains. This place had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
