Ideal location. Colleen was amazing. She is amazing cook. We had a superb breakfast.

They cancelled it last minute and did not really help with a rebooking. I had to keep calling them to check after them promising to find me an option. Refund has not yet been issued

Everything! Colleen made us very welcome and the breakfasts were delicious. Our sea view room was perfect and an easy walk to the town and ferry port. We will definitely be returning here.

“Convenient location and friendly staff”

The location in Oak Bluffs is convenient, the house sits on a street running along the beach so it literally takes a few steps to reach the sand. We stayed there in October so it wasn’t too busy but the street could potentially get quite heavy traffic in high season . The house has a nice, big dining room and a little front garden with recliners. Friendly staff ( Korinne) made us great scrambled eggs for breakfast and freshly baked cookies. Comfy, king sized bed, nice sea facing balcony.

“Sunrise”

Amazing location and sea views, particularly at sunrise when the sun appeared over the horizon! Lots of beautiful period features.

Loved the location, the quirkiness of the cottage and, especially, bring so well looked after by Colleen.

Location is spot on you can walk from the ferry terminal to the accommodation. The hotel was spotlessly clean and we were given a nice welcome. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is near the shuttle bus stop.

Breakfast was lovely, enjoyed the tea, and bagels, fresh fruit, waffles. The most comfortable bed i think I've ever slept in.

The staff were so friendly and helpful . The breakfasts were delicious with choice of fresh cooked meal. Location was perfect - across the road to the beach and a ten minute walk to the centre of town. A happy hour mid afternoon on Friday was a lovely surprise - nibbles and a drink on the porch.

The breakfast was nutritional and tasted good in which I enjoyed the fruit salad. The hostess Ms. Tee was very friendly and hospitable, she prepared my over-easy egg with perfection.
