“Excellent location and friendly staff”
Excellent location, close to a wide range of bars and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is our second stay here, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Check in was not until 5pm which I believe is to late but when I arrived just after 5 pm there was no one on reception the door was locked and no one would answer the phone

Really good location. The hotel is modern and really nice. The town is lovely and there is a nice river with places to swim and picnic. A lovely place for a couple of nights. We stayed with our dog and would recommend to book the room with disabled facilities as it is a good size and allows access to the roof terrace, it's perfect.

Excellent location, in the middle of the town, near the river, shops and restaurants. Everything was new and clean. Toiletries, water and tokens for hot drink were provided every day. The staff were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We were able to reserve a parking space and there was storage available for our bikes, which was great. The town is lovely, so definitely worth a visit.

Modern, clean and very comfortable with a very kind host. The location was great, very close to the river, restaurants and shops. An ideal place to stay on the way south from Santander to Portugal.
