“very nice coming back for last 15 years since hotel opened”
breakfast was very good friendly staff unfortunately can not say the something about dinner time at salamander restaurant waiter and waitress was rude and kicked out we had chance to finish dinner saying if we want to stay we should pay 5000 grivna.. ridiculous and management should take notice and train people better encouraging to take courses to be polite as waiter acted like he owns the place

One of the best hotels in Ukraine. Friendly staff, amazing nature and rose gardens, lakes for fishing, pools for swimming are gorgeous, good food, wonderful innovative SpA, tennis courts of a good level, billiards, bowling…. And so much more. The place make you explore every time you come. Thanks a lot to the owners of the resort- such efforts make me proud for our people ❤️

Beautiful place! Hotel has modern facilities and amazing territory with plenty of flowers and everything. It was just a pleasure to simply take a walk around the place. There are also quite some activities to try out, like mini-golf, tennis, fishing and indoor ones like bowling and billiard. Open-air SPA is great too. Multiple swimming pools, bar, fast-food restaurant, sauna, thermal pool all there.

“A perfect destination for a revitalizing getaway.”
The hotel is nestled in the middle of a vast botanical garden with lakes and fountains in a valley surrounded by forest. The spa area next to the hotel features thermal and swimming pools, and the restaurant on the lake nearby offers more than just locally sourced delicacies. It is hard to imagine what efforts are needed to maintain such a huge area in perfect condition.

Surprisingly huge inner area, truly looking like a botanic garden. Spacious but cozy room, modern building with easy access to restaurant and SPA area.

The location is nice, there is a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The free breakfast was great; a buffet style with a large variety of foods. The staff is very friendly and generally helpful. The room was very modern with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Plenty of shampoos, tea/coffee/water provided.
