“Getaway in nice garden with good hospitality and nice room”

We stopped for one night at Pristine, on our way back from Bufallo springs to Nairobi and liked the nice gardens and relaxed atmosphere. I think it also a good getaway when visting Aberdare NP.

Great customer service, welcoming and friendly staff most especially the lovely lady Constance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great views on the room balconies. Generous portions for dinner even though it was a la carte.

A haven of tranquility in an old coffee farm. Beautiful views and friendly staff. They had added spa services which I tested and can recommed. Food is still a bit varied - some dished excellent some not at the same level. All in all, warm recommendation.

This is an excellent hotel. Clean, quiet, eco conscious. Great shower, good beds. Delicious pancakes for breakfast. Friendly professional staff. The owner/manager went with us on a pre-breakfast walk, much appreciated. Also possible to have a massage, Priscilla did such an excellent job. Recommended.

The breakfast was the classic, fruit, eggs ans toast. The cappucino was very good. Bird signing and view over rolling hills was extra.

They don’t have fans and it was very hot at night hence that should be at least taken care of. No phone in the room to contact reception for any assistance needed.

The rooms were very big and comfortable. It's deep in nature facing mount Kenya. You can hear lots of birds. The staff are lovely and take very good care of the customers. Food was amazing and chefs were willing to make whatever you want. The owners are nice and welcoming to guests and take any feedback seriously A great place to unwind and massage very affordable.

“It was excellent with perfect environment and breathtaking scenery!!!”

Ambiance was fantastic, the trees, grass with fresh air and the amazing view of Mt Kenya every morning was an unforgettable experience!! Quiet, cool and peaceful atmosphere was perfect setting for holiday and to unwind from normal routine. Food was fresh and tasty. Had many nearby places to visit- Mt Kenya National Park, Nanyuki, Nyeri Hill and Aberdare Ranges, just to mention a few that we managed to experience. The hotel has early morning walk, with numerous birds!!! The chirping of the birds was outstanding, something I have not heard in years. The guide takes you through the walk and knowns all the birds by name and chirp (voice so to speak) This is a perfect getaway with warm and friendly staff!!

Wonderful little lodge. Lovely grounds and surroundings, great staff, good food and very comfortable.
