Where to start, the loveliest accommodation and owners, everything had been thought of and nothing was too much trouble, great communication even before we arrived. Olga lives next door and checked regularly if we needed anything, there was a great welcome pack and she also constantly fetched us little gifts of fruit, wine and cake, also the most comfortable bed we have ever had in Greece.. The location is great, just off the main rd and yards from the lovely peaceful nidri beach, they have also supplied beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels which she changed several times for us., there are bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance and it is about a 5 minute walk to the centre and waterfront with all the boats and restaurants. We will definitely be back, we couldn't fault this accommodation at all.

“A warm welcome in the heart of Nydri”

The property itself was of a very high standard and so well equipped there was nothing that hadn’t been thought of. We had lots of welcome treats and Olga, the lovely owner, did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Sadly, the weather was cold and rainy but we’re were nice and warm in Villa Arktos

Best apartment in Nydri. The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. Has everything what you need. Nice and cosy area outside apartment- place to relax. The host Olga is amazing, very friendly and helpful.The location is great ( near to the beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop). The parking by the apartment makes everything easier. Thank you for great stay.

I've been coming to Greece for more than 10 years now and Villa Arktos is definitely one of the best places I've stayed. Fully packaged with everything you may need - all kinds of amenities, even beach equipment. Sparkling clean, everything was perfect 👌 The location was awesome - 20 meters from the local beach and 20 meters from the main pedestrian street. And still quiet and private. The only thing better than the villa was the host - truly great! She went above and beyond to be sure we were feeling good and had everything we needed. She even helped us find an auto service when we had an issue with our car. I can recommend enough the place. We will for sure visit again if we come back to Lefkada.

“Very nice stay”

The host Olga is very nice. Fresh water, juice, beers were in the fridge when we arrive in the evening, even bread and other food. The accomodation was very clean and ready, and very well located (beach, stores, restaurants). The parking inside the property is very convenient.

The accomodation is very close to a range of supermarkets, restaurants, various shops and the beach. Despite this it is still quiet and peaceful as it is tucked away down a short side road which becomes a pathway which leads straight to the beach. The property is spotlessly clean and we'll equipped with everything you reasonably need. The owners live next door and the lady went out of her way to to make us feel welcome and would suddenly present us with an unexpected bowl of fruit or a box of cakes, in addition to a variety of useful food and drink items which were in our fridge upon arrival. The outside space was great for relaxing and eating our meals and can literally be treated like an extra room.

The house is equipped with absolutely everything one might need on a self catering holiday, the host thought of everything, from the beach towels and beach chairs, to dental kits for all of us... We had our own little yard, terrace and parking. Enough for the three of us. 😊 The host is one of the most gracious we have met, she offered us so many little goodies (home made wine, biscuits, homemade honey, and the fridge was stocked with water and fruits and some snacks in case we just arrived and we're hungry, which we were 😊) My husband also loved the coffee machine and coffee, thank you very much for that! 👍 The beach is very close, and we enjoyed one day there.

“Just perfect”

This was a fabulous place to stay in Nidri. It is in the centre of the resort town, right around the corner from the bus station and within a stone's throw of the beach which is perfect if you want a lazy day. Everything is tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The patio area outside was gorgeous, provided privacy and was a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the early evening. The greatest selling point of the accommodation though was the extras that you do not always get. The hosts provided some beer, juice, bread etc upon arrival. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were also provided. If that wasn't enough, there were even a couple of occasions where our host brought us some extra treats (ice cream, cakes) when we were out in the patio. This was so lovely and we really appreciated it. If we are ever back in Nidri, we would stay here without a doubt.

Everything was perfect, and the host was one of the best that I had met in my life.

A hidden gem, spotlessly clean and everything you could need for a weeks stay. Olga had kindly stocked the fridge with essential items which was much appreciated as we arrived in a storm and even left us an umbrella :) In a great spot in Nidri not right in a middle of the resort but but a short stroll from restaurants, bars etc and most importantly the bakers. We arrived by car and was warmly greeted by Olga and able to park on site which was helpful. Would highly recommend this delightful apartment and the warm welcome and kindness from the owner and her family, thank you

“Perfect little gem 2 minutes walk , I took my coffe there every morning.”

The property is a perfect little gem,one room with a kitchen area and a good outside space. The owner is lovely and can’t do enough.

The house is equipped with everything you need. Everything is new and very clean. The distance to the beach is very short, 1-2 minutes walking. The host is an extraordinary woman, very careful to the needs of customers and very generous. Every day he brought us sweets and fruits, asked us if everything was okay, changed our towels and bed linen. We really enjoyed staying at Villa Arktos!

“A gem for two in Nidri - we'll be back!”

This is quite simply a perfect gem. Beautiful apartment in the grounds of the owner's house, but with complete privacy. A deck with awning to eat and relax on. Excellent facilities, and situated within 20 m of the beach. Towards the edge of town, so quiet, but close to shops and bars. Olga was a brilliant host and couldn't have been more helpful, superb welcome pack of food, and she left bowls of fresh fruit from her trees during our stay. This is a new venture for her, and we wish her well.
