Lovely property that had been very well refurbished, modern interior with a lovely bathroom and spacious bedroom. Bed was very comfy and great air conditioning. Anna was extremely welcoming and a pleasure to see around! Would highly recommend for someone wanting to book an escape on lefkada!

This is a really great property and we thoroughly recommend staying here. The hotel is beautifully presented - everything is well kept and in great condition. It has been newly renovated with high spec furnishings and fittings - the bed is very comfortable and there is a smart tv in the room. The gardens are lovingly cared for and it is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed (thank you Christina!). There is on site parking on the hotel grounds. Anna (the owner) has created a wonderful haven - you will not be disappointed if you stay here. Many thanks Anna for a lovely holiday.

Modern location with beautiful, clean, and well-equipped rooms. The courtyard is lovely and very well maintained. The host, Mrs. Ioanna, is extremely kind, friendly, and customer-oriented. The property is also conveniently located, just a 5–7 minute walk from the center and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay! The host was truly a super host – very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms are beautifully renovated, modern, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. Lots of smart storage spaces and everything was spotlessly clean. “One week was too short”

We really enjoyed our time in Nidri at the Niriton Residence. The building and the property are very well curated and feel like you are staying in an authentic, lovely Greek home. The room was great, the bathroom as well, super modern and well-designed. The terrace was large and great for nights when you just want to eat at home and have a peaceful view of the hills and the lovely surrounding countryside. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the main street - which is behind the "boardwalk" - port. Great parking, which is really important in Nidri as there is little parking.

Ionna was a wonderful host, warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything to prepare simple meals, which was perfect for our stay. Having a free parking at the premises was a huge convenience. We really enjoyed our time here.

Lovely modern, immaculately clean apartment, set back from the main road in Nidri. Peaceful location, but only a short 10 minute stroll to the Main Street. Very comfy beds, great balcony with view on to well cared for gardens. Welcoming and helpful host. Small kitchenette ideal for making breakfasts and light meals. I would highly recommend a stay.

Beautifully furnished, high quality apartment. Quiet location away from hustle and bustle, amazing Mountain View’s, yet very easy 8 minute flat leisurely walk into the sea front and tavernas. Very welcoming, friendly host.

One of the nicer places we stayed. The place is very close to the center of Nidri. A few minutes walk and still far enough to provide the peace we wanted. Beautifully decorated room. Very comfortable bed. A luxurious bathroom. A large balcony. A beautiful and well-kept garden. Room cleaning every day. Pampering bedding. Anna is wonderful. A smiling and caring hostess. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

The apartments are brand new and modern, renovated this year, exactly like on the photos. 8min walk to the beach/centre. There is a big LG smart tv and you can use Netflix(if you have subscription), Youtube, etc… There is also a big private balcony with very nice garden view and private parking…Room was cleaned every day and also towels were changed regularly. The owner Ana is very kind and takes care of her guests for sure! Everything was 10/10 and not to forgot that there is two cats jumping arround in the garden, big plus for that!

Beautiful apartment set in pretty gardens in quiet peaceful location but only a few minutes walk to the harbour at Nidri. The accommodation was very stylish, comfortable and immaculately clean. The owner Anna was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here. Excellent!

The rooms are brand new and very nice. They are well equipped and there is a big terrace. Perfectly clean, the host takes lot of care of the rooms and of the guests. There is a very nice garden which is not fully visible from booking pictures. A very warm welcome and pleasant staying.

“Wonderful holidays”

The room was very modern and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. In the morning we enjoyed our coffee on big spacious balconies. The property have it's own private free parking and a very beautiful garden and barbecue. Really wonderful.
