“Would love to return!”
Loved the outdoor shower! Hosts were so lovely and accommodating and brought us plums out of their garden! Incredibly clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again. Had everything and more

This beautiful home in the Swedish countryside is an absolute labor of love of an American-Swedish family. Beautifuly decorated with glass from the Christal Kingdom and paintings fitting the setting (the house was a former villagestore). Comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen. It was the first kitchen on our Sweden trip that had a sizable pasta pan (can someone explain to us why do Swedish vacation homes nog have proper, big enough pans to cook pasta for 4 people even if the home fits 8 guests or so?). Nice seating on outside deck and porch with views of the orchard and forest. Great base to stay to visit both Őland and Kalmar as well as Glassriken and Smalland. Martha is a great host.

A perfect week in a nicely renovated classic Swedish house from around 1900, located in a quiet village, in good distance for visiting Glassriket and/or Öland; highly recommended!
