We had to get up at 2 in the morning along with 6 other guests to ask them to put the generator on as we were suffering extreme heat from a resulting power cut. They eventually put it on. Smelly room no toilet seat shower didn't work. At 6 in the morning the maintenance men were working outside our window and laughing and joking. Bad experience we left exhausted.

The staff were amazing especially Damaris and Wilson. My father fell ill and the manger Mama Lucy bought him flowers and Ribina. How sweet. I will return.

“It’s an ok place when it’s the option”
The description is a lie , no ocean view no beach …….the staff at the reception are not conversant with what they are offering . I got a room in the basement not enough light no air . A twin room but very squeezed

Workers were really kind and helpful. The room is clean. Water pressure is perfect. Good location to see around beach and nightlife in Mombasa

Very friendly and helpful staff, we enjoyed the pool. However, the rooms could use ACs as the fans don't do much. The property description is misleading since it's not a beachfront, about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

“Cozy environment,near the mall but need basic service!”
They really try to fresh up the hotel. Paint and restaurant was nicely done and they have cute monkeys around and a pool. The food we order for dinner was Tasty and actually it's a really cozy hotel who just need a general cleaning and better service. It has potential!

“Quiet villa by the sea....”
Serenity, access to the beach and ubers. Kind and respectful workers. The pool was also awesome.
