Staff very polite

We booked this hotel because it advertised a pool, but after arriving and paying, we found out it wasn’t working. This was disappointing and should have been mentioned in advance.

The sea, the view, the location, the beach, the ambience.

The staff were wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They really made the stay more pleasant.

A place with incredible potential, but unfortunately very poorly maintained. The hotel has a stunning beachfront with beautiful fish, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. However, all the common areas are extremely neglected, broken, and uninviting. It feels almost like an abandoned hotel—sunbeds are broken, with worn-out and moldy mattresses. Aside from the reception staff and the hotel manager, who were very kind and helpful, the rest of the staff do not speak English and are not service-oriented at all. The beach bartender insisted on collecting 200 EGP and even came to our room while I was sleeping to ask for it, as if we were going to leave without paying. The children were very disappointed with the entertainment staff, who ignored them and were generally unpleasant. In short, this is a hotel with huge potential, and it’s a shame to see it managed this way. I would like to especially thanks reception team, who refunded us for shortening our stay when our child was not feeling well. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night. We arrived at 4:30am. I can see how someone staying for a week would love the place. We had a room right next to the sea. Normally people would love that. Big room. Beautiful beach.

Friendly stuff, perfect location

“Next time I go to Nuweiba, I shall certainly stay at that hotel - and for longer.”

The purpose of my visit to Nuweiba was to visit some Bedouin friends who live there. Consequently, I spent only two nights in this hotel, arriving at approximately 10.30 pm Despite arriving late, I received a warm welcome from the two receptionists and was soon being escorted to my room by a very nice porter. In view of the hotel having very few guests, I was upgraded to one of their bungalows which were adjacent to a lovely beach. From the outside, the bungalows look fairly compact but, on entering, they're huge! I could imagine sharing that room with several other people !!! The architecture is modern Egyptian style - with attractive archways between each area ...... there is a sitting area with sofa, arm-chair, coffee table, etc; a bedroom area with a king-sized bed which was SO comfortable (subjective!) - complete with a sizeable television on the opposite wall; and a large and well-appointed bathroom. The usual tray of tea/coffee was available and there appears to be plenty of storage space. At the rear is a good-sized, shaded terrace with sofa and easy chairs around a coffee table - and the view from this terrace is superb. It looks onto a private beach complete with furniture and parasols of palm fronds. The beach is a nice distance from the Red Sea - not too wide but wide enough for sunloungers, parasols, etc. I also saw a play area for children on the beach. It looked so inviting but visiting my friends took priority! The campus of the hotel is large and with no high-rise buildings (this is something I like about Egyptian resorts - everything looks so spacious because it is built "out" and not "up"). There are well-kept gardens, a children's play area, swimming pool, and quite a long row of shops (which were not open early February). My only disappointment was the restaurant (see below).

Eslam made sure that our stay was as nice as possible. Very good professional and kind human being. We would also like to mention the manager that we don't remember the name now sadly, he was also very helpful. The hotel is really nice and overall good option for the area

Northeastern Sinai (especially Nuweiba and the once-thriving Taba) is going through a difficult period of tourist decline. Most traditional hotels are closed, investors have left, and the locals are doing what they can. From a Central European perspective they could certainly try a bit harder, but a certain level of disorder is common in this part of the world, and when there’s nothing else, even russian rubles eventually come in handy. The hotel has undoubtedly seen much better days; many buildings in the fairly large complex are now abandoned, and the locals can only hope for better times. On the surface everything is clean and as tidy as circumstances allow, and you don’t have to look around the corner (and you probably shouldn’t). The rooms were spacious (with nice balconies) and clean, the food was very good, the staff were super-friendly and always willing to help (they really try their best!). The water was still warm and clean (and wet :), the sun was shining… We always felt safe and welcome, and I wouldn’t mind coming again (it was actually my second time). The hotel is in the port area of Nuweiba, a few kilometres from “downtown” Nuweiba (the port area is actually more lively than the “downtown”), on a nice beach, close to the mountains and the desert, not far from Abu Galoum and Dahab, and, by the way, not too far from Petra in Jordan. The hotel’s dive centre has also seen better days, but Ramy does his best and offers highly professional service, and although the house reef isn’t really a reef, we enjoyed every dive. Maagana Beach is fantastic, and the night dives around the hotel jetty are amazing — barracudas hunting sardines, a stargazer snake eel eating a lionfish, Spanish dancers lazily moving across the seabed…

The hotel has a beautiful location – with a stunning beach, crystal-clear water and mountains in the background. The surroundings are truly amazing. The hotel itself is a bit older, but the professionalism and friendliness of the team more than made up for it. Right at check-in, the hotel manager, Ahmed Saeed, welcomed us warmly. He wished us a pleasant stay and continued to greet us throughout our holiday, always checking in to make sure we were doing well. We also received a free upgrade to a room with better features as soon as we arrived, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. I want to especially mention Yaamin and Akram, who greeted us warmly and really added to our positive experience :) The bellboy Tarek was also very friendly and professional.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—every detail made me feel relaxed and pampered. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always greeting me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Entertainment Team was Talented and amazing! The food was outstanding! Every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. I especially loved the variety on the menu—there was something to suit every taste. The highlight of my stay was the romantic dinner. The atmosphere was intimate and elegant, with soft lighting and attentive service that made the evening unforgettable. The meal itself was exquisite and perfectly cooked Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The attentiveness of the staff. They greeted us warmly, gave us cold towels and welcome drinks and even upgraded our room. They were more than helpful when we requested things and the location was amazing.

I stayed at Time Resort in Nuweiba and honestly, I really loved it. When I booked, the price on Booking showed $48, but at the hotel they asked for $61. Later they explained that the price online doesn’t include taxes, and when I checked my booking details, I saw in the small print that there’s a $13 tax not included so that was fair. The resort was super quiet with hardly any people, which I actually loved. It felt like having the whole place and nature to myself. The pool was beautiful and there’s also a private beach. Breakfast was included and really worth it. Dinner wasn’t included but it cost 500 EGP for a buffet that was totally worth the price. There’s one main bar and restaurant at the resort. The food wasn’t amazing because it was mostly the same as what they served at the buffet, but the service was absolutely fantastic seriously one of the best I’ve had. Overall, it was such a peaceful and relaxing stay, amazing value for the money. I’ll definitely come back many more times!
