Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged TukTuk transport and a guided tour of the adjacent tea plantation. Comfortable siting room for relaxing. Very nice breakfast.

We had such a lovely stay here. The rooms are very large and the bath had such a beautiful view of the grounds. The beds were also very comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful and even packed breakfast for us for an early morning hike. Its slightly out of the main area so nice and peaceful but a short 10 minute tuk tuk into the main area. We would stay here again.

The house overlooks beautiful tea fields, and I loved being able to walk among them whenever I wanted. The surroundings are peaceful and very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, with soft linens, a cozy blanket, and a great pillow. The nights were cool enough that air conditioning wasn’t necessary, which made sleeping even more pleasant. I had an excellent night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and above all, the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming.

We had overall a fantastic stay at Villa Tea field and are very happy we selected it. The location is near the tea fields, you literally look on the tea field from the windows. The city center and tourist attractions such as the Lover’s Leap are close by. What made the stay special was the fantastic hospitality by the hosts! Definitely would recommend this place.

Rooms were clean. Hosts were friendly. Location was ok. Not too inside not too far. Away from hustle. They helped us with heater as the attic room was super chilled. Also catered to our needs for breakfast.Overall pleasant stay. Everthing here was peaceful. The host was in touch when we reached late on the checkin time.

The host was lovely, helped us with directions and checked we got the train okay. The Villa is located near a tea field, we only stayed the night to catch the train the day after. Close enough to the train station in uber / pick me. Breakfast was delicious. I recommend getting the room upstairs as nice and comfortable. Bathroom was huge and the water was proper hot.

The accommodation was absolutely amazing. The hosts were always happy to help us with anything — trips, transport, local tips, whatever we needed. The location is beautiful, surrounded by tea plantations, so you wake up to silence, mist, and endless green views 🌿 It’s a very peaceful place, yet just a short tuk-tuk ride to the center — the perfect balance between calm and convenience. Honestly, one of those places you’d love to come back to.

Very attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They provided a lovely tray with tea and cake when we asked for milk to make ourselves a cup up of tea and provided a fabulous breakfast each day. They suggested a local walk around their own property which was really nice. There was a nice terrace to relax on and a billiards table for wet weather.

Ishan and his team were delightful. We were given welcome tea, cakes and biscuits, shown to our room which was perfectly comfortable, clean and bathroom was great free toiletries, kettle, coffee etc in the room.. Breakfast was a fruit, yogurts, egg, sausages and toast with Jam, it varies slightly. One morning we were treated to a fabulous local breakfast. Ishan and his team could not have done more for us. We were there during cyclone Ditwah, Ishan kept us updated on the local news, shared advice on where was safe, where to find signal (we had no signal or wifi for a few days in Nuwara Eliya) when other accommodation in town had no power and water, we did. They offered to make us dinner when a lot of the restaurant were closed in town. They gave us a bottle of water each everyday We felt very safe and cared for by them, we were sad to leave our protected bubble that they had created for us. Thank you so much.

Nice views and provided tea bags and incense as a leaving gift. Nice touch!

Cosy,private& serene. Beautiful ambience right in the middle of the tea fields. Lovely welcome with cake & teas .Despite the heavy rains we still took beautiful pics. Breakfast was excellent & even received beautiful ' thank you' gifts! Great value ! Tea Villas comes highly recommended 👌 👍🌹

“A calm and peaceful place set amongst the fields of tea.”

The lounge room was lovely the bedroom, although small was also cosy and comfortable. - it is set in the middle of the tea plantation. The manager was fabulous and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. There is a nice balcony to sit on overlooking the fields of tea. We loved going to the tea factory!
