We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. Frank was very attentive and made us feel at home ❤️ The location was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The dining room was a lovely spot to eat breakfast in the morning.

Our stay at Thilina Hotel had some ups and downs. However, Frank at reception truly made our stay memorable. We arrived tired after visiting Nine Arch Bridge, fell asleep, and woke up around 11pm very hungry with all shops closed. Seeing that we had missed dinner, he kindly prepared hot drinks, fried rice, and chicken curry for us on a cold, rainy night (around 13°C). We were genuinely touched by his kindness and attentiveness. His hospitality made all the difference. Thank you, Frank, for going above and beyond 🤍✨

Not matched our expectation . Very normal hotel . Location is good but they are using the third floor only for hotel . Others are occupied by bank .no lift .

Hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of great recommendations and were keen to help. Easy to get tuks and good value for money. Nice views over the track and onto the hills.

The manager was wonderful, spoke very good English, met all our requests and recommended a few good sites to visit during our stay. The beds had lovely duvets for the colder nights. The sun room upstairs has great views. Quiet location but close to everything. The best restaurant in town is just around the corner.

A clean, nice and light airy room with rap around balcony. Very comfortable and warm bed (was quite cold during our visit so much appreciated!) and shower with hot water.

The stink in the reception area and the room was awful. The weird room freshener in the room and the bathroom was giving a bad headache. The stink was so strong that it stayed in our bags and stuff till we came back home.

We liked the helpfulness of our host the most. He immediately gave us the best tips to visit Nuwara Eliya. The beds were covered warmly because it was quite chilly outside. We had a delicious and extensive breakfast in the morning.

“Ok stay”
Very classic and beautiful building. A spacious room and bathroom. Nice view from a balcony. Walking distance to the Gregory park and Victoria park. Delicious breakfast. Staffs were nice.
