Beautiful fireplace that was lit up after dinner. The rooms were decorated with period furnishings adding a lovely touch to the overall ambience.

The staff were very friendly and kind. They were also flexible as we swapped days at very short notice. The hotel is charming - a colonial era bungalow. The front rooms are enormous and come with an adjoining sitting area. The building has not been modernised so won't suit everybody. Location is good.

We were very well looked after, our room had everything we needed. As it is cooler in the hills, one evening we had the open fire lit in our bedroom which was very quaint and warm

“Wonderful Villa”

A beautiful British-era cottage in a prime location. The hosts and support staff were amazing and truly went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They even lit the fire pit on our daughter's request. Wonderful place to stay!

Very cute hotel in the city centre of Nuwara Eliya. It totally fits the vibe! It looks like an old english cottage and it even has a fireplace. We had a great stay, thank you

If one likes to pay with card they are charging 3% extra as tax. No where it was mentioned while booking the property.

Location is great: all the attractions are foot distance, Shakeeb from the staff made my stay super smooth and helped me so much, breakfast very good and abundant. Dinner available at the restaurant with good quality.

No heating, or you pay 3000 sr rupees extra for a portable heater... so we froze in a 16-degree bedroom. TV didn't work. The shower was either too hot or too cold. Wall plugs were broken. Wifi coverage was non-existent despite the extender being close by. Bleak bedroom with old-fashioned furniture. Not cosy at all like the rest of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our staying here. Unique experience and amazing manager at the hotel!
