The property is located across from a tea plantation, giving very good views from the room. The main town area is also very close by .the staff member Venu was very helpful and took care of all requirements. The Sri Lankan breakfast was also very good. Very spacious room.

Shameena the manager went the extra mile to welcome and advise us. He even prepared breakfast which was ready for us to take away at 04:30 AM (!) when he definitely didn’t have to.

“Beautiful house with great staff 10/10”
Its out of the town,which I liked but be aware-if you are in and out of town you will be in tuk tuks alot.Beautiful house with great staff and huge rooms.The breakfast was amazing and they also gave us a gift on leaving-lovely.

“Great hospitality!”
The Vinu made this property. The walk around the tea plantations was a highlight of the whole trip, he was super kind giving us a full insight- so thank you 🙏 We got a lovely welcoming plate… a nice touch. The property is a little tired and could do with some work. The room was really spacious, with a lovely balcony but didn’t quite live up to the pictures for the price we payed. Breakfast was good- very accommodating.

“Nice big villa on outskirts of Nuwara Eliya with nice host but overpriced.”
Lovely big villa with a big upstairs room with big beds but power boards with electricity outlets were behind the beds and as the roof angled down behind the bed we kept cracking our heads on the beams. An extension cord would help or outlets or outlets on vertical walls where there’s easy access. The decor is very pleasing. Kitchen downstairs has a big fridge and there is a kettle and also a place for guests to prepare food but the young man who prepares breakfast does it somewhere in another house and thus he took some time to bring me the coffee i asked for before departing for Horton Plains. Suggest a hot thermos of coffee made the night before might help. He made me 2 snack boxes and served my cousin who didn’t do the hike in the villa. It was a great breakfast compared to most we had on our tour. The host was very friendly and the landscaping is nice.

The host Ishan , Vinu and Hussain took good care of us. Breakfastwas great.. As the Vesak festival was going on and it was noisy, we were offered ear plugs. We could manage even without that.The tea garden was a short walk from the stay. Beautiful garden

Beautiful house and surroundings! It is a bit further away from the city center but absolutely charming and you won’t have a problem getting to the center. The breakfast was really good too and the garden is absolutely beautiful! We would definitely recommend staying there if you are looking for a place.
