Overview
Set amongst the scenic landscapes of tea plantation, 2 km from Nuwara Eliya city, and the property is equipped with a heated indoor swimming pool along with a picturesque view of Bambarakelle Mountain . “Most memorable stay with outstanding service”
Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The warmth and professionalism of the entire team, from reception and restaurant staff to the buggy service operators, made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. What stood out most was the care shown to my wife, who had suffered a minor injury in a car accident shortly before our arrival. The staff regularly checked on her well-being, and Abijaya and his team thoughtfully arranged fresh juices and smoothies suited to her dietary restrictions as she could not eat solid food although paid for. These small but meaningful gestures made a lasting impression. A special thanks to Gaushal and Heshan at reception, who were always helpful and attentive. The food was another highlight. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered an impressive variety of local and international dishes, along with multiple live cooking stations. We especially enjoyed the fresh juice station and loved learning that some of the produce was grown within the resort. Combined with the beautiful setting and stunning mountain views, this made for one of the most memorable hotel stays we have experienced. We leave with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya.

“Superb”
We liked everything about our stay at The Golden Ridge Hotel. The hotel is very nice and modern with beautifully curated gardens and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is stunning. Overall we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful place in a stunning setting.

“I wouldn't recommend it .”
The hotel is so fancy and beautiful and the service is good, but The room has very poor sound insulation, The TV signal is so bad, it called service but didn't get a response quickly. At all the money velnue is not worth it.
