Overall service was great, with the manager Mr:Mahendran always making sure that we are 100% satisfied on facilities. The hotel assists you on local tours, trips as well by providing the best resources and advice. Highly recommended!

Location is great, in vicinity of town centre about 10 min walk from bus station.. Property is beautifully decorated and maintained. Reception staff, Dilani and Mahendran are exceptionally helpful and courteous and even helped and guided in booking Colombo bus tickets. Breakfast was very good and the staff at restaurant are polite and courteous.

“Extremely nice place in Nuwara Elia”
The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The room was pristine clean. The restaurant has portions which were a ginormous size and it was delicious and we even managed to find gluten free bread and a decaf coffee which is extremely rare in Sri Lanka in general. Plus they knew what these things were which was a bonus.

“Exceptionally cozy stay.”
The room was incredibly cozy. The water heater and room heater worked perfectly, making the space very warm and comfortable despite the cold weather. The bed was comfy, and the room itself was quite spacious.

We have to leave early so they are very nice to pack Breakfast for us. Staffs are nice & helpful especially in the restaurant. The room is really nice and extremely comfortable.

“Charming and lovely stay”
The bed was so comfy and the room was blackout dark for an amazing sleep. The shower pressure was great. Great selection for breakfast !
