The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with an amazing hot water shower! The staff are so friendly and organised amazing breakfasts and dinners for us. The view from the common area is definitely a plus! Good location for exploring the main area of Nuwara Eliya. I would highly recommend anyone stays here!

The staff were great. The hostel was really clean and the beds were super comfy. The best hostel I’ve stayed in by far. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I fell over & got covered in mud and they helped wash and dry my clothes and shoes at 9pm without question. The breakfast was also lovely!

My stay at this Villa in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka was absolutely wonderful. The peaceful surroundings, cool weather, and stunning views made the entire experience unforgettable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The hotel staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent—fresh, delicious. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, making it easy to visit many of Nuwara Eliya’s attractions. Overall, had a very positive experience. If you’re looking for a calm, scenic, and comfortable place to stay, this hotel is highly recommended. ✨🇧🇩

“Clean and quite hostel”

Very clean and super hot showers. We had a lot of rain and stayed in a whole Afternoon. We asked for tea and the nice lady made us tea :)

My favourite hostel I stayed in on my trip :) Very homely feeling, super clean and comfortable, and amazing views from the lounge/common area. Great location too, just 10 mins walk from the main town, with a couple of lovely restaurants nearby. Host and staff all kind and friendly, and very helpful with any activities you are interested in. Would definitely recommend!

We spent 2 nights at Promax Villa and absolutely loved it! We booked last-minute around 9:30 PM for the same night, and the owner responded immediately-very professional and kind. The room was spotless, just like in the pictures, and conveniently located near cafes and restaurants. There is a proper « Western-style shower » (separate from the toilet), which was a nice touch. The common area features a cozy couch and a large bay window-perfect for reading and relaxing on a rainy day while still enjoying the outdoor view. Highly recommended!

This small hotel is the warmest and most friendly one I've stayed in during my trip to Sri Lanka. In terms of service, the staff here are extremely kind and have offered us a lot of help. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, it only takes a few minutes to get there by tuk-tuk. To put it simply, I'm very satisfied with this hotel after staying for two nights, and it's excellent in every aspect. For tourists who need accommodation for two or three days, this hotel is a perfect choice, and the price is quite reasonable.
