What a beautiful experience, we loved the beautiful bungalow and we had the pleasure of having the amazing Chiran as our personal butler. He looked after us like royalty. We loved walking down to Saint Andrews Hotel for all our meals, the breakfast was the best breakfast spread we have experienced anywhere in the world. Thankyou to all the incredible staff you made our stay truly wonderful 🙏🌸

This was a bit of luxury on our trip and staying in one of the hotel bungalows was a wonderful experience. The “butler” was charming and the buffet in the St Andrews Hotel was exceptional.

Chiran was a great host who helped me so very kindly throughout my stay. He really made my 3 nights at Jetwing Oatlands Bungalow excellent. The room has all amenities you need and a beautiful garden for relaxing.

Exceptional service from our host Jeewantha who fed the wood fire at night in the lounge, answered all our questions, made sure we were well fed and very comfortable in this beautiful, timeless get away. Much nicer than staying in the big hotel, we had personalised service and beautiful accommodation. Easy walk into town for amenities and short tuk tuk rides to the hiking starting points. We had a day and a half and took in a stroll through town to see the old buildings of the Police Station and the Post Office before a drink at the Golf Club. The second day, we hiked to Lovers Leap, descended through the Pedro tea workers housing estate towards Gregory’s Lake. Got distracted and headed to Hill Club for tea on the lawn.

Great host (Sanath) who was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Sanath lit a fire in the lounge after dinner where we played family cards…very kind and nice.

Very good location, small walk through the back garden which leads to the main hotel where they serve breakfast and dinner and a nice little bar. We visited in December so very festive and cosy feel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating even made us a packed lunch for our trek.Room and bed were very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Had a great time at this place in Nuwara Eliya. When the butler greets you, brews fresh tea and lights the fireplace, you are immersed in this atmosphere. An interesting experience to live in these interiors. The living room was a very cozy and pleasant place for evening gatherings. Comfortable beds and good breakfasts. I do not know what else to say. If you want to touch the history of the city, then this house is definitely the place to be.
