“In the center”

In the center, 1 min walk to the coolest pub and restaurant. The guy who met us at the reception was so nice and they accepted a last minute booking. The room was clean and tidy, with a shared balcony. Very convenient and recommended.

“Very nice, but dirty place”

Remember, Nuwara Eliya is cold city in comparison with other Sri Lanka. There is was air conditioning as a heater. Kettle, tea and coffee. Toileters (soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper) available. Towels were fresh, but overall cleanness was below average, floor was dirty, foot towel also was dirty. So we used our own slippers whole stay. Stuff is friendly and welcoming, card payment is available, which is good! Wifi is there and worked fine first few days, then it becomes slow because of unstable signal, since traffic was there. Grand hotel, post office, police office, bus stop is not far away, in 10mins walking even less

Really friendly staff on front desk, Room was clean,comfortable bed,lovely hot shower. It’s close to the centre of town,there is some noise from the road,but that dies down………ear buds sort that out😁

The location was good not far from the centre and also from attraction points. The staff were friendly. The size of the room was dicent and also hot water was nice.

Location- it was a great location closer to the city centre . Calm and peaceful , a fantastic location to relay. Staff - was extremely hospitable with a smile on the face . Particularly, Manoj was a great host and his colleague Roshan was quite nice too . Definitely, a place to recommend and our Next choice as well .

“Disappointing stay, not clean”

The location was very good, close to centre of town and walkable to attractions. They provided filtered water in the rooms in a reusable bottle to save plastic.

Lovely staff, very helpful, they booked our tuk tuk to the train station for the next day that was on time and reasonable price. Great location, close to everything. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower.

It was situated in a good location and the staff was really really nice and helpfull. Also it was quite cold when we arrived in Nuwara Eliya so the heaters were a plus!
