The bathroom was also in poor condition—the shower tap was damaged, and you provided a tool instead of repairing or replacing it. Additionally, the bed was broken and unsafe for use. Due to these issues, I decided to leave the hotel on the second day. When I informed you in the morning, you insisted I pay for two full days, even though the service was substandard. I did not agree to this, and after involving the local police, the matter was resolved by me paying an additional amount of ₹3,500 under pressure. You also threatened me several times during this situation. I am requesting a refund of the additional 3,500 I paid, as I was forced to leave early due to the unacceptable condition of the hotel and the threats I received. “Very Irresponsible property owner”
I was going for a 2 day trip and I had placed my reservation almost a week before the stay and, When I was on the way to the on my trip the property owner called me and said the property is not available because one of his guest has suddenly decided to extend the stay. Since It was a long weekend in Sri Lanka It was very hard to book a place even a week ago. So I had to cancel my trip to Nuwara Eliya and return home on the second day. The excuse for his Irresponsible decision was, another guest has placed a booking earlier and he has not appeared there. Owner of the property succesfully wasted my weekend plans

“Disappointed”
The view was nice, although partially reduced because of the construction next door. Kids found the two small snakes that came to the terrace a fun attraction (others might not:).

The owner is friendly and helpful. He has arranged the place nicely. The prices were reasonable. The rooms were quite comfortable and they have provided nice blankets for us. This helps a lot to stay warm during the night. The place is right in front of the bus stop and you can easily get into a bus. Overall, we are quite happy 😀😀 of the service and the place. Recommended.
