Staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with various freshly made stations. It was a nice big clean spacious room with a chocolate treat on arrival. There was a gym, it wasn’t massive or hugely modern but the machines worked.

First time visitor to an Araliya hotel. Green Hills exceeded my expectations. From the front office manager Bhanuka to the entire staff are very polite, friendly and attentive. Buffet breakfast spread is very good compared to the hotel rates. Restaurant staff are also very efficient, flexible and helpful. We were served by Kalhara who was extremely caring and friendly.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was large, clean, and well equipped, and the dressing gown was a lovely touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a deeply relaxing Balinese massage and appreciated the small but practical gym, especially the treadmill. I also enjoyed sitting outside with a coffee — both by the pool and in the garden. Great location close to town, attractions, and food outlets. I would definitely come back.

Great location and property but it was the staff that stood out. Even though it was very busy with a conference on the 2 days that we were there, they still managed to make my husband and I feel special. They were so welcoming, kind and caring. When my husband was not feeling well, the reception staff and manager helped me find a driver to get him some medicine after first trying to find some at the hotel. Then the Guest Relations Executive, Hansika, went above and beyond to help get our wallet returned to us in Australia that we left in the room safe. She was so helpful, sending us photos and videos of the process of handing over the wallet to couriers etc, to ensure we knew it was safe. We have just received the wallet in Australia and she has remained in communication with us the whole time. Thank you so much Hansika for everything and to all the staff at this great hotel.
