Rooms were good and big, nice balcony with a beautiful view on the river. Nearby a few restaurants, the Thai being the best choice during our stay. Also some duty free shops were available. Good for relaxing and having a quiet time. Gardens and surroundig were well maintained.

Spacious room with sea view..unit was facing sunrise.. away from centre so was very peaceful.. half board and full board option available during booking so can choose to have either lunch or dinner inhouse, breakfast included..got 4 tickets for waterpark which was unexpected.. food options were good, enjoyed their pandan tea.. can go for walk by the beach..good supply of mineral water bottles in room.. staffs were helpful,friendly and welcoming..big mirror in halfway was convenient to get dressed for a function

The room is spacious, toilet is clean and spacious, had an anti-slip rubber mat at shower area, (esp gd for young children & elderly) equipped with bidet, strong water pressure. Amazing spread at breakfast!

“It was a surreal experience being a couple of ghosts in this beautiful ghost hotel.”
It was a very strange experience. The hotel is beautiful and the room was the largest hotel room I've ever been in. The breakfast buffet was superb but it was a little weird because we pretty much had the whole hotel to ourselves.

Less shops and restaurant surrounding, the direct sunlight during the breakfast buffet hall(hot and uncomfortable), bathtub cannot use properly even the lid have been closed properly, dirty water during last stay and the hot water didnt work properly

Easy to navigate around to enjoy the facilities. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable and huge!! My kids enjoyed the waterpark just about 8 minute walk from the hotel..
