I was in town for a track day at Nürburgring so the location was perfect. I've eaten there before so the food was good. The staff were super friendly, helpful & understanding when I turned up late. The room was exactly what I needed

I've stayed at the Motorsport Hotel for a few years now, originally when the restaurant on the Ground Floor and the hotel were effectively part of the same facility. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great. In more recent years it appears the restaurant and the hotel businesses have been separated and operate as two different businesses, and they don't seem to be joined up at all. As long as you understand this, and are not expecting your 'typical' check-in experience, then all is fine. For example, there is no manned reception upon arrival. You call the hotel on the phone, they'll confirm your booking, let you know your room number, and you simply go upstairs where the room is waiting, door open, with key inside. Don't expect the restaurant staff to be able to (or want to) help you in any way shape or form, in fact they seem to have a real problem with this approach and get annoyed by people wandering into the restaurant trying to check into the hotel. I can kind of see their point of view, they are running a separate business. If you can gloss over the slightly grumpy restaurant staff on the Ground Floor, then all is good. I'm led to believe the indian restaurant is actually decent food, but I've not eaten there. Breakfast is your typical German affair, cold meat, cheese, fruit, bread, cereal, and a self-serve coffee machine. Scrambled eggs are offered, cooked to order, but don't expect a breakfast menu. It's basic, but more than adequate. The room was clean, but basic. Standard German feather duvet (which is too short and not wide enough!) and oddly shaped feather pillow, but it's fine. Shower was good, bathroom clean. For a single bloke looking to shower and sleep after a day on circuit, you need nothing more. Don't expect the Hilton, and you'll be fine.

Great friendly staff free parking and breakfast included in the price close to everything, so you get a real buzz for the place and can hear the cars going round the track, which isn't a bad thing 👍🏼😀 me and my husband loved our stay and will come back and recommend quite happily 😀 great breakfast lovely scrambled eggs 👍🏼😀 super relaxing if your in any doubt dont be great value for money 👍🏼

“Terrible Service – Left Stranded Overnight”

I arrived late in the evening, having informed the hotel in advance of my arrival time, which they confirmed. However, when I arrived, there was no one at reception, no answer on the phone number provided for out-of-hours assistance, and no room key left for me. As a result, I had no choice but to sleep in my car that night. The following day, I sent a message to the hotel requesting a refund but received no response. When I later spoke to a staff member in person, they refused to issue a refund and showed no concern, apology, or willingness to help. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Perfect location for the track….. 2 minutes up the hill. Welcomed on arrival from the owner Steffan, who even showed me to my room…. Very gracious indeed :) Nice restaurant on the lower level where the food was great.

Absolutely ideal location for those attending the Nurburgring. Great location, rooms grand for what you want from a hotel for motorsport fan, only little downside was the pillow, only one and was very small. But otherwise great place to stay and will stay again.

Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, and an unbeatable location right by the track. Convenient parking makes it ideal for track days. Highly recommended

Absolutely brilliant location, if like me you are visiting the Nurburgring. Its just a short walk to the Ring werk and the various shops and museum. The room was a good size. Breakfast was the usual continental affair.

Loved the location and the decor of Motorsport. Also loved the fact of the late check in and the help Stephen the owner gave in me having a very late check in. Location it's literally down the road from the Ring.
