If you stay anywhere else you are a loser, this place is the best and its located right on the river so all the tours pick you up right from the hotel. Rafa is really nice and helpful. The place is clean and the internet is good.

“Lovely peaceful riverside location from which to explore the region”

Located on the river, this is a great place to start out on trips. Rafa will organize whale-watching boat trips south to Termales, or north. The trips I took from here were excellent. Better take a boat straight from this hotel as it's right on the river. (No need to use tour agencies in town). Alternatively, you can just cross the river from the hotel to Playa de Olimpica for a wonderful beach. After a day out on the sea or in the mangroves, come back to the hotel and lie in a hammock and watch the boats go by on the river. I loved my stay here and booked extra nights. Well worth it. Rafa organised my onward boat ride north to Bahia Solano and even gave me a ride at 5 a.m. to the jetty. Very kind.

Location was convenient to do the main excursions

I liked the location right on the river but away from the noises, the hammock to chill, the room is quite nice with the fan People are really kind, they helped me to arrange the boat to termales

Lovely stay at RM, staff Ana and Paulo were so welcoming and friendly, very laid back atmosphere and Paulo is very helpful at helping you arrange trips and showing you around the town. Nice hammocks to relax in and enjoy the views of the river, I felt very safe here as a solo female traveller, friendly locals and feels off the beaten track

The room was amazing, with a nice view. The location was perfect to make the boat trips and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and always helpful when there were questions! I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back soon!

They did not receive me in the hotel claiming I never booked and told me to basically leave without even trying to find an alternative to fix their miss!

The owners are very kind and welcoming. They gave my friend and I the best recommendations for local restaurants, shops, and activities. They organized a day trip for us on their boat to the hot springs, a waterfall, a beautiful small Pueblo for lunch, and an isolated beach with blue sand for an afternoon swim in the sun before returning. I will definitely be back to stay with Melissa and Rafa and hang out with their friends, Willi and Santiago. Really felt like being welcomed into someone's home and family, not staying at a hotel. If you're staying in Nuqui, do yourself a favor and stay here.
