“Terrible attitude toward customers”
Unfortunately, I can't say anything I liked about this accommodation, as we were simply not allowed in. The apartments were paid for in advance. As I found out later, the apartments do not accept guests who have arrived on a business trip. Although this fact was indicated when booking the apartments, the hostess did not consider it necessary to inform us about it or cancel the reservation. Moreover, countless letters were sent about receiving check-in information, but the hostess completely ignored them and it was not even possible to contact her either in writing or by phone to clarify the situation. Complete ignoring and silence. The attitude towards customers is beyond criticism. The full amount of money was shamelessly charged without any return, although it was requested.
