We had a wonderful stay at Zuzanu House. The welcome was warm, and the staff were always kind and helpful. A special thank you to the owner, who truly saved our vacation when we both lost our phones after an accident. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of fruit, eggs, bread, and fresh homemade orange juice. We also really appreciated that breakfast time was moved earlier so we could join our booked tours. The room was very nice, with a terrace and a very comfortable bed. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, and we had no problems with the area. We will definitely come back: thank you again for everything!

We liked everything there. Its peacefull, clean and Zuzana and her helpers are taking really good care for their guests. Thank you, we had a really nice stay!

A fantastic place to stay! Located just steps from the sea, the room was incredible: very clean, big, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. Zuzanu cares a lot about her guests.

Our stay at Zuzana House in Nungwi was absolutely wonderful. From the very first moment, Mrs. Zuzana made us feel truly at home and turned our stay into a beautiful and memorable experience. The guesthouse is located just a one-minute walk from the beach, which makes it perfectly convenient while still being quiet and relaxing. Every morning we enjoyed a fresh breakfast prepared with care, always with something different, which made each day start in a special way. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the warm hospitality and friendliness of Zuzana’s family made us feel welcomed like part of the family. Zuzana also gave us the best suggestions for activities, restaurants, and places to explore, helping us experience the very best of Zanzibar. Thanks to her kindness and attention, our stay was truly enchanting. We highly recommend Zuzana House to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming place near the beach, where genuine hospitality makes all the difference.

The house was very nice. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was beyond our expectations, many things, all of them fresh and very tasty. Zuzanu was a very nice host! She was very helpful with everything we asked from her during our stay and was willing to tell us things about the island and her personal experiences. The location was also very convenient, 2 minutes from the sea and very close to restaurants and anything else someone might need. 100% would stay again there!!

The place is nice, clean, comfortable, spacious. The host and staffs are very friendly, breakfast is nice. Nungwi beach is not far away.

“Good location very close to the beach”

Very clean and spacious room. I went diving and had to leave early. Zuzana was so kind to make an early breakfast for me before the usual time.

“Fantastic, perfect place to stay.”

The property was fantastic and with fantastic hosts. Beautiful hotel and very clean which is a must for me. The breakfast was exceptional, spoilt for choice, porridge, fresh fruit, eggs cooked how you like etc etc. My room was lovely and covered all my needs, fridge, hairdryer, kettle and a good shower with instant hot water. And not even a 2 minute walk to the beach. Absolutely a 10 out of 10. Also any information you need about the area my hosts were more than happy to explain, lovely people.

Really cozy place and really nice staff. It was very calm for us to stay there and the staff could help us with everything. It is a must, if you stay in Numgwi at Zanzibar.

“Wonderful Peaceful Stay”

This place was absolutely wonderful in so many ways. Both in the beautiful layout, rooms and interior design was so intentional and well thought out and also staff. I always looked forward to the end of my day returning to this accommodation. I can't recommend Zuzana house more. Both Zuzana and the staff I met were such incredible hosts. I felt so safe and comfortable with them. Nothing was ever a big deal and they always made me feel really welcome . Location is a short 1 minute walk to the beach through village road but I did feel safe and was reassured it is safe. I was actually abit sad to leave such a warm and enjoyable accomodation. Honestly has no faults at all. Was perfect for me. Thankyou so much for such a wonderful and relaxing stay!!!!!!!!!!!!

So kind and helpful hosts! Zuzana helped us with transport and shared with us lots of advice. Breakfasts are great, freshly made with a lot of options and fresh local pastries. The property is in a good location to Nungwi beach , also as it has 7 rooms the service is very personalised

We stayed at Zuzanu for 9 nights. It's in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach and shops. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of healthy and home made options. . The rooms were very clean and there was a lovely pool area to relax. Zuzanu and her staff were fantastic.

“Zuzanu House”

Care for detail, and for the customer's needs, from the rechargeable bulb, as the light goes out at 7.10pm, and for 5 minutes. Earplugs, because of the call to prayer from the Mosque. The breakfast wasn't huge, but it had everything I needed, and was served with care and affection, with a different detail every day.
