Zava is a wonderful place where you want to come back again and again. The first and most important thing I want to mention is the amazing team. Every single person in this hotel makes it a special place and makes guests feel happy. The housekeeping staff, security and beach service, waiters, and administrators - everyone is great. The owners have truly brought together the best people: friendly, welcoming, and professional. Thank you! We stayed for almost two weeks and had no problems at all. Whenever we had a question or request, the team helped us immediately. The location is perfect. You can hear the sound of the ocean from the rooms. We didn’t have any issues with noise from the street or nearby generators. There is a generator in a neighboring beach club, but it works quietly during the day. We always slept very well. The ocean and a beautiful beach are just one minute away - you can walk there barefoot. The hotel has a cozy garden and private terraces for the rooms. The rooms are cleaned very well. There is always clean drinking water available, fresh bed linen, and towels, including beach towels. The rooms are also treated against mosquitoes. We felt very comfortable staying in our room for a long time without any бытовые problems. The hotel restaurant is excellent. The chefs cook so well that you want to try everything. The portions are really big. Prices are lower than in nearby places if you compare quality and portion size. The menu is interesting and not boring. Breakfasts were included and were amazing, with different options, fresh juice, and great coffee. I truly fell in love with this place and have only the best impressions. And of course, the real stars of this place are the lovely dog and the cats. They live their best life at the hotel, and the team takes good care of them. Thank you, guys, and good luck!

I loved everything here. The location, the people, the food, the vibe all of it. Only found this gem on my last day and I wish I stayed here the whole trip it is so worth it.

Everything, it was right by the beach. Well cleaned and maintained, and it's also right next to two other beach clubs which is a plus! And Grace the receptionist was such a gem, they really do care take of their people. Totally worth it.

What was good and as expected is the location and the cleanliness , the staff also is nice even little difficulties to understand English for some of them but good overall. The help to organize trips was great and much appreciated.

Best breakfast in Zanzibar. The beautifull rooms are one step from the beach where you can use their beach chairs for free. It is a very safe place, perfect also for solo traveler.

Deluxe room I had was really comfortable and spotless clean. Fresh beds and towels every day. Very good breakfasts are served by Restaurant with flexibility in menu and great views. My stay with Zava Hotel was great and I do recommend it to everyone.

The staff was amazing (Grace is the best! 😁), the breakfasts delicious and the restaurant with a good menu. Especially the highly appreciated was the fact that there is a security person on the beach so the sellers on the beach dont harass the guests of the hotel. So great place to be. Ans the beach is just a paradise!

The location is superb, and the staff at ZaVa are amazing - so friendly and kind! The beach is clean and beautiful, the resident cats are super cute, and we felt totally relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay.
