“Relaxing hotel 100m from the ocean”
Great location, with parking available right next to the hotel. 100 meters from the ocean. A wonderful beach with plenty of different dining options. The hotel breakfast was simple but filling—eggs, toast, yogurt, homemade cake, tea/coffee, fresh juice. There was also a small pool in the garden and plenty of places to just relax. There was also a wide selection of various books on site. There were many kiosks near the hotel where you could buy snacks and cold drinks. The hotel grounds are enclosed by a fence. Shower gel and shampoo were provided in the bathroom. You could also make tea and coffee in the room. Helpful staff. The Wi-Fi worked very well.

“Great location and clean room”
They allow me to leave my luggage for a couple of days so that was awesome ! The location is also a pro and it’s very nice ambience:)

“Nice location and incredible staff”
Very nice location, near the beach in Nungwi. Staff were incredible, as was the breakfast. Small cute pool and nice environment.

“Gorgeous rooms in a FANTASTIC location at an extremely reasonable rate!”
This property was spotlessly clean and well decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is a minute walk to a beautiful beach. I can't fault anything about my stay, it was perfect and great value for money.

Lovely island style hotel. Breakfast was sufficient, fresh fruits everyday were great! The staff 10/10 in general everyone was great! We had issues due to internet blackout but the owner & everyone was so kind & patient!

Great spot to stay in Nungwi. Friendly staff, great location (literally 1minute to the beach) and about 10 minutes from the main town, very good value in comparison to the "big ticket" resorts. Would definitely return

“Very good, modest hotel with great location”
Great location! Very close to the beach and to the main road, everything is within walking distance and it's safe to walk around. The room is very clean and has a nice bathroom. We had a room with airconditioning and a fan, which was really good to cool down at night. Breakfast is great! there is coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruits, cake, toast, eggs... The owners and staff are really friendly and helpful. It was possible to arrange activities, taxi, ... they also reccomended a few restaurants nearby. The garden has a small pool with enough space tot just get refreshed, thé garden is also very peaceful and has a few nice spots to relax, you can also chill in the main area downstairs, on the first floor or on the rooftop.

Stayed for five nights. It is two minutes away from the beach. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good and breakfast was good. The pool is small to swim but we preferred the beach so it was not a problem for us. I recommend, it is a good stay.

“Amazing stay by the beach”
The breakfast was great(Flies were little bit annoying though). And the room itself was nicely decorated, so so clean, I have never seen any bugs(even mosquitoes!). The host and staffs are very kind and had hospitalites. Highly recommend this hotel and I'll stay at this hotel if I visit Zanzibar again.

Hotel is just 1 min. walk to the beach. Staff is very kind and friendly. Owner is charming Italian lady, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast consist of 5 various fruits, eggs, bread, coffee and tee, cake.

“Comfortable place and lovely staff!”
- The staff is incredibly nice - The room was neat, clean, had everything I needed including a mosquito net, small locker and airconditioning (make sure that the room you book says it has airconditioning if you want that) - The breakfast that is included is nice and quite a good portion unlike other places I’ve been - It’s a <2 minute walk from the beach - the bathroom looked nice and I had a relatively warm shower

“Amazing place. wonderful view , and incredible stuff and lovely cats”
We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I chose the hotel for quite a long time before the trip, looked at the reviews on different platforms, and noticed one thing, all the reviews praise the homely and friendly atmosphere, and note the owner Elena. And I made a decision, I want to find out who this Elena is and why everyone is so happy. Starting from the arrival, Enrique was very nice and welcoming, helped with the accommodation. During the stay at the hotel, they helped in everything. In search of tours, advised restaurants, places. Breakfast was included, even though we slept for a long time, and was only able to wake up at breakfasts time twice, breakfast was delicious and there was good variety of food. I would like to thank Elena, Enrique and Nassor for the warm welcome and great hospitality. If I return to Zanzibar, I will definitely stay at this hotel again

“I would give you even 12 out of 10 if I could!”
From the moment I arrived, I immediately felt like home. We enjoyed a really cute & cozy garden, breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality of the staff made me feel even more like I'm home. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. And the location is absolutely unbeatable! The beach is literally around the corner - okay, maybe 5 steps away hihi. If you’re looking for a place in Zanzibar that combines comfort, charm, perfect location, this is YOUR choice. We can’t wait to come back ❤️

everything was perfect, Elena the owner is wonderful, friendly. Zanzicrown was my home for a month. Very clean, daily cleaned rooms, great breakfast. Nasor was very nice and helpful. and a beautiful garden and a small pool where you can spend a pleasant time. I give 20 points out of 10😘
