“The worst place with scamer owner”

Scam ! Do not go there ! Highly not recommended!!! the owner is disrespectful she was claiming i didnt pay while everything was done online i showed her the receipt i had to contact the local police, than she was convinced that i payed but again she tried to scam me by paying unreal taxes beside ( the only tax to pay in zanzibar is 2 usd ) after very weird situation i have been put ! They provided me with the smelly room cant even get inside left the key and left the place !!

The staff are amazing

Zero. The lady who said shez the owner ddnt gv us directions when we called her and then she told us she has given someone our booking. We ended up roaming the streets looking for a place with our kids up untill 12 midnight. I am so angry and furious

Only 2 minutes walk from the beach - I timed it! - to reach fishing boats and the lighthouse. Lovely. This whole stretch of coast has beautiful beaches and wonderful swimming, especially at mid or high tide. All just a few minutes walk away. This guesthouse is great value for money in an otherwise expensive area. The Polish co-owner was particularly pleasant to chat to and helpful. Thank you. Big bed with clean sheets, a shared fridge (for your little bag of supplies or can of beer!) nice breakfast on the upstairs balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

“Nice experience”

I specially loved their decoration. I believe is a family business so if you decide to stay with them, far from the expensive luxury resorts of Zanzibar, you will feel you support the local business and you receive good for a great value. They always try their best to make you feel good and comfortable. The milkshakes or drinks they give you in the morning, as a part of the breakfast, were specially nice. We felt the area was safe. If you come from the beach full of sand, you can wash your feet outside.

Close to the beach

Great price for accommodation close to the beach. This is the second time we have stayed in this accommodation and everything was fine. Great breakfast included in the price.

It is a great value for the money. It is a good stay for one night. The breakfast is good. The staff is nice and helpful. It is close to the beach, but it is better if you walk a little bit further.

the location was central and the breakfast was decent

We had a transfer service, but they brought us to another hotel without telling us until we arrived because the hotel we booked was full. The next day they brought us to the hotel but the room was not what we booked. It was small and noisy. The next day we requested a room change and finally we got our room which was nice.

The staff were courteous and the position of the property was very close to the beach. Breakfast was awesome

“Disappointing”

we had booked 2 rooms for 3 people. upon arrival we were told only 1 room was available despite communicating daily with host. very disappointing
