The property has minimalistic touch which I love. The flowers in the garden area and on the buildings are lovely and I love the easy access to the beach, the beach is also very clean and peaceful.

It was nice to meet familiar faces such as Tantum at reception, always happy to assist, Baraka at the poolside bar, it was nice meeting you again, Victor and all the happy and helpful staff at Nungwi dreams. Back to the point, the property is at the quieter end of Nungwi which is great if you love the quiet, the road leading there is now paved which is a massive improvement. The standby generator is a bonus given the regular power outages.

The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable, and the cleanliness is truly exceptional. The reception team is amazing and very helpful, especially Tatum and Neema. They made the stay even more pleasant.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Nungwi Dreams, While we did have an issue with no wifi or tv at times, management dealt with it very well, and upgraded us after a few days to a beachfront room, which was stunning and very much appreciated. Food is wonderful, and drinks prices very reasonable. We enjoyed the entertainment. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is also very easy to find a taxi from the hotel as there are always a few waiting outside. The beach is tidal, and there are many sea urchins, but the hotel will lend you rock shoes. The two infinity pools are not very big, but there are plenty of sunbeds, and the sea views from them are stunning.

There is no communication at this hotel. Arrangements are made via WhatsApp and email, yet a completely different person appears and openly discusses a romantic surprise dinner next to my boyfriend, ruining it entirely. A birthday cake was delivered 20 minutes earlier than agreed, forcing me to open the door in a towel, unprepared, with a toothbrush in my mouth. This was not the agreed time and shows a total lack of coordination and respect. I am referring specifically to the short manager, who was extremely arrogant, laughed at the situation, showed no willingness to resolve the problem, and came across as confrontational rather than professional. This is not someone who should be in a managerial position. Also, do not expect pre-ordered items to be honored. If you order wine in advance, be prepared that it will not be available, and you will be offered a cheap all-inclusive alternative instead. Not suitable for birthdays, honeymoons, or special occasions. The end of the day we cancel dinner and our stay
