“What should have been a memorable family vacation was sadly ruined by this experience!”

What brought us back was nostalgia — our August 2023 stay had been exceptional, and we expected the same. Sadly, this time was a completely different story. The decline across every aspect of the hotel was staggering. The food situation was so dire that our children were left starving — something no parent should ever have to witness on a family holiday. It was deeply upsetting and, quite frankly, inexcusable for a hotel of this standing. The only saving grace was the location, but that does very little to make up for the misery the rest of the stay brought.

It’s not what you see on pictures.. the aircon was not working properly it was too hot but room was comfortable. Clothes and towels hanging from the balcony

Great resort with many swimming pools, even a shop. The food was good and varied. We only had breakfsat included but chose to have dinner here as well. Staff was super friendly.

We loved this place. With my brother we wanted a hotel located close to the beach and it was perfect. The sea view from the swimming pool is incredible, and staff members are really nice and welcoming. The food was good and the hotel was clean wherever we went. I recommend!! A beautiful hotel in a truly stunning location. We really liked how well the hotel blended with its surroundings — the views and overall atmosphere made the stay especially enjoyable.

I loved everything. A wonderful welcome, amazing people who are always smiling, professional service, top-level cleanliness, the room was a dream, and the beach was incredible. The food was perfect, even though we didn’t know what to expect – there was literally everything. Special greetings to Ariana, the guest relations/communication manager – she is perfect. Everything you might need is available. I would definitely visit this hotel again, at least once more. This was a truly perfect experience

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect, quiet and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The food had a good variety and was really tasty. Our mini suite was clean, calm, and comfortable, We also enjoyed the evening shows. A big thankts to the team for organizing my son’s birthday; it made it extra special. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to.
