“Nice location”

The room was big, nice bathroom, although the bed was a standard double. The location is great just turn left onto the beach and walk beautiful. The bar/restaurant staff, particularly Fatima were lovely.

The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay and always attentive, friendly, and willing to help with anything we needed. Their level of care and personal attention really made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The beachfront setting and quiet surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind. This reflects what many guests consistently praise about Mnarani Beach Cottages, particularly the warm hospitality, attentive staff, peaceful location, and excellent sea views.

“Great stay at Mnarani”

Staff were lovely. Rooms were excellent. We had a bungalow with a mezzanine as a family of 4 and it was perfect. Nice pool. Lots of hammocks and sunbeds on the deck. Lovely view.

Wonderful resort on the quiet side on Nungwi. Wonderful beach to explore. Huge bar overhanging the ocean waves. Good choice of food and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times

The staff were really nice.

Unfortunately, a very unpleasant situation occurred during my stay at this hotel. I was resting on my private balcony when a housekeeping staff member suddenly looked inside while I was not fully dressed. I was frightened and immediately reported this to management. However, no proper support or concern was shown. The following day, instead of receiving help, the manager approached me again and explained that the staff member intended to clean the room and that this was the reason he looked onto my private balcony. This explanation did not make me feel safer. I was traveling alone and felt vulnerable. When I said that I would escalate the issue to senior management and Booking.com, this was later used against me. I was accused of inappropriate behavior and told that I should not have raised my voice, despite the fact that my reaction was purely defensive. No assistance, understanding, or protection was offered. Instead of being supported, I was blamed. Guests should feel safe and taken seriously when reporting situations that involve their privacy and personal safety. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.

Great location, close to town but still in a quiet place. We loved the ocean view and kind staff. Great breakfast with plenty of choice! Good price for value.
