i booked accomodation before I left and when i arrived they told as i got to the hotel that the room was "not in good condition" and reccomended "another hotel with similar standards". It did not have similar standards and i was very inconvenienced because if they told me the room was unavailable before my plane started off i would have made a plan and booked accomodation at a place i really liked. I arrived at like 7 pm so i had no choice but to stay in that place they claim had similar standards which didn't.

“Comfortable and clean”
Very clean and comfortable stay. It isn't a very big hotel so that's kind of great. People were really helpful. Rooms quite large with verandah. Felt very secure in Nyungwi as a solo traveller.
