The grounds are lovely, well maintained, peaceful. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. They offered a very reasonable laundry service. Lovely pool. Doreen was one of the smiliest waitresses we met in Zanzibar.

Everything is perfect. The resort is beautiful. The rooms are very large and high. It is very luxury. Swimming pool is very large and the water is very warm. The personnel is very competent. The food at the restaurant is excellent. We stayed 8 days and we are very happy. Irine, Dorine and her colleagues are very nice people. I recommend vividly

We loved the staff, who were extremely kind and helpful, especially at the restaurant (Dorin and Douli). The manager was also very attentive and friendly. We stayed in room number 3, and the beds were very comfortable. The beach is a 10-minute walk away (Nungwi Beach, passing by the My Blue Hotel). It’s true that the street leading to the main road is a bit difficult since it’s not paved, but the walk is relatively short. I recommend staying in this part of the island, as you will be close to some of the most beautiful beaches of Zanzibar (Nungwi and Kendwa beach), with turquoise water and fine white sand. However, I do not recommend the My Blue Hotel beach bar that offers sunbeds, as we were scammed there on our last day. Breakfast was good (eggs, pancakes, bread). There was even Nutella. After the second week it felt a bit repetitive for us, but it was still very good. Everything was clean, and the pool was very nice (often we were the only ones there). We booked all the excursions with the hotel. The Safari at Mikumi was incredible. We liked Nakupenda and prison island but I recommend doing Nakupenda Bis as it’s less crowded. Mnemba was ok but Safari Blue was horrible so i would not recommend doing this excursion. The value for money is very good.

Amazing 4 nights here. Ibrahim was great. Catered to my partners gluten allergy (coeliac), and the chef prepared great meals for us. Pool is a great size and quiet. Very close to various parts of Nungwi by foot!

We have never felt so comfortable in a hotel before. The team is incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding! Compliments to Ibrahim and his team. Although we had only booked breakfast, we ended up having lunch and dinner there several times because it was so delicious! The rooms are very spacious and always clean. The hotel itself is rather quiet, which makes for a restful sleep. At the reception, Nice and Raffa are always available and ready to help. We would love to come back again. We already miss everyone!

It was very quiet and the staff very friendly.

The property is beautiful and cozy, with a traditional local style. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the towels and sheets are changed daily. The beach is quite close, about 500 meters away, but the path there at night is very dark and isolated – the only downside of the place.

It is very clean and modern but still with african vibes. The staff is very polite and nice. They make you feel welcomed. Restaurant is on the property and the food is okay for affordable prices. Breakfast is great, there is something different every morning but you always get fresh juice and fruit plate. The swimming pool area is well maintained. When you go to the pool you also get pool towels. You can order drinks and food there.
