“A decent place in Nungwi.”
The location is quite decent, felt safe and near to the beach. There are some some good restaurant in the neighbourhood. Not that close to the main village. The staff is excellent. Dulla the manager was helpful in organising local activities and transport. Noor keeps the place clean, does the breakfast and is always ready to help.

The location was very accessible to the beach. About 150m to the sandy beach of Nungwi. The guesthouse is nice and simple. The WIFI is fast and efficient. There are hot 🔥 showers 🚿 if one wishes to shower in humid weather. Ceiling fan and stand alone fan are available. Good conversation in English as some tourists don't speak Swahili. Dulla does arrange excursions/activities at sometimes affordable prices. Local food like ugali & beans is available bit one needs to be shown where to get it. I got the ferry from Dar es Salaam to Zanzibar city; then a boda which cost tshs 3000 because of the general excuse of Iran-USA war ( May 2026), but usually costs tshs 2000 to Saateni market. From Saateni market, get a daladala to Nungwi that will cost tshs 2500. It's a 1.5 to 2 hours journey. A good nap as well. The daladala stops in Nungwi Town. Call: Dulla - +255716643614 to arrange transport to pick you up in case you have heavy luggage. But light luggage like a backpack, one can use a boda which may cost btn tshs 2000 to tshs 3000. And one can walk, which might take about 10 to 15mins, during the evening when it's a bit cooler in temperatures.

Great guesthouse, just a 2min from the beach. Great location. Staf is very friendly, and good breakfast. Will stay here agein, if I one day will nr back in Nungwi :)

The location is just 5 mins from the beach. The room is clean. The managers are very helpful and friendly. Also, I like the breakfast. The best option for the price. Thanks for the time there. Definitely recommend

The location of the new wing is an alley. It would be better to stay in the main house. The facility is next to the beach and lots of local eateries and turtle parks are close by. Despite it's location, it's quite safe. The breakfast matched the cost and was fairly adequate.

“It was beautiful, enjoyable and very much closer to everything so therefore it was convenient. Dualla was an exceptional”
The hospitality first above everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, enquired about the activities that we had planned to do and advised us on the times to go and the prices we must expect. Dualla, Masai guy and the kitchen ladies were exceptional, they immediately made us feel like family.
