“Good Rooms But Some Improvements to Experience Needed”

The room was large and clean with a comfy bed. The balcony was large, limited privacy from the balcony next door, but nice view over gardens.

Breakfast was served at the sister hotel across the road. A 1 minute walk. Always found a table to eat. Not busy. Staff were very helpful. Lovely setting . Food was fresh and plenty of the usual choice of eggs cakes and fruit. The bungalows were perfectly positioned in tne town. Short walk to other areas along a well made road. We loved the shuttle taxi to the private beach club. Just chilling at the waters edge.

The garden in front of the bungalows was amazing so good to have some greenery. The location in town was good. Staff were kind and accommodating especially Shakira who handled our 04:00 check in. After not finding Atii Garden reception Access to Kabinda secure beachfront bar and lounge area was good to have

The bungalows in the garden was peaceful and yet everything was close by. The breakfast was good!! Will definitely go again.

Great location, close to Nungwi beach and the town center, with excellent restaurants nearby and small markets for souvenirs. They have a private pool but at another hotel; breakfast is served at that same hotel (just a 3-minute walk away), it was good. They offer a free shuttle to the hotel’s “private” beach (a 5-minute drive). The meals and drinks are very good, though the staff here are not as friendly as at other places where we ate. Still, it’s a great place to relax. The room was very nice.

Perfect location in great part of Nungwi for beach and restaurants. Leafy, cool and quiet accommodation with beautiful outdoor bathroom. Delicious breakfast.

The propertu was good enough but without any additional value. Something was missing, the atmosphere was good but without emotions. Professional.

Atii Gardens is a lovely haven in Nungwi set back from the beach in the village area. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we especially loved the breakfast. We also had use of a sister hotel’s pool and beach club which was an unexpected bonus. We could also fill up our water bottles from the hotel water cooler.

The garden of the property was really amazing , you felt like in an oasis, but that was pretty much all we liked .

Good choice and quality for breakfast, not beach front but really close, large room and bathroom with nice terrace, good value for money considering the location and peak season

Great rooms - immaculate and well decorated - beautiful setting. Friendly and helpful staff - sorted out everything I needed! Wonderful morning breakfast and endless coffee! Excellent location - near multitude of beaches! Check out the MJ cafe - great food and super cheap! Watermelon juice is epic!
