“Very basic - remote inside location, basic room, rough caretaker, decent breakfast”
1) Very quiet location 2) Decent breakfast Haaji provided at doorfront (fruits, coffee, milk, ..) 3) Cheap (price) 4) Good bed with mosquito preventing net 5) After haggling, caretaker agreed to give some credit for "no hot water/shower" problem 6) They accommodated my very late arrival (10:30pm), provided me access and basic info to get in room

“Cut short because it was really unpleasant.”
Had to book another hotel after paying for existing booking because it was just that bad. The walls were full of water inside so it was hard to breathe and there was a mouldy wall. Windows were very dusty and had webs becuase they had not been opened in a long time.

“The place is decent and worth the money you pay.”
It is in an excellent spot. Less than 5 minutes to the beach. The staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty.
