The staff in the bar/ dining room did a fantastic job. Especially one of the girls. I think she was intrigued that I was a western at the hotel... The robot server was very cute too..

“Scenic”
The location was great for a trip to Oze National Park and the hotel very easy to see from the road. There were several restaurant options near the hotel as well as a convenience store within walking distance. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of selection. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, too. There's a public bath available to guests that was extremely clean and had long opening hours so you can go at any time that suits you best. From our room, we had a great view of the mountain scape that was gorgeous!

“Good rest over spot on a Journey”
Breakfast mostly Japanese and a bit limited but perfectly good. Onsen crowded - obviously a stop off Hotel used mainly by Japanese workers en-route, but that's what I expected.

Good facilities and rooms were clean. It would have been nice to receive complimentary water in rooms. Beds were hard. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here.

Everything is perfect. It ls worth staying. Location is good and has many restaurant nearby. The staffs are very friendly and nice. The room size is quite big comparing to other hotels. One of my friend forgot notebook in the room,hotel tried to send it back to chiba via express. Excellent service.
