Property is located on the main square, very close to restaurants, cafes, shop. Everything is clean. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is very good. Clothes dryer in the room.

Valerio was the perfect host, we stayed for a few nights and he put us up in a gorgeous apartment. On the second day it was terrible weather so he drove us up to a near by vineyard for a tasting, bravo! Nothing was too much trouble, what a guy.

A comfortably furnished room with balcony, overlooking an attractive square in the heart of Numana. Owner Valerio is particularly welcoming and helpful. With infectious enthusiasm he tells his guests about Monte Conero, the mountainous headland south of Ancona. Excellent starting point to explore this still relatively unknown region. In the immediate vicinity of the residence are many attractive restaurants and bars.

Exceptional - Valerio as a host tries so hard from the first minute to make you feel welcome, give you tips on the local area, and help with whatever you need. Room was brand new, clean, comfortable and great. Breakfast vouchers for a cappuccino& brioche were much appreciated. Location was awesome for beaches, restaurants, Conero national park, and Sirolo. Just perfect.

Perfect location in the city centre, close to bars, shops, and restaurant, and also walking distance from breathtaking views over the conero cliffs. Very clean and functional rooms, with great shower, a comfortable big bed and aircon. On top of that Valerio, the owner and manager of the property, was super welcoming and took the time to give us tips about the town and the region. His passion for hospitality and for his city really show, and made our stay very special.
