I had originally booked to stay further outside of the centre, but saw this last minute which was so much closer. Lovely, quiet hotel a short distance away from the hustle and busy if the centre with everything you could need. Staff were all lovely and eager to help, with so many extra special touches which made our stay great! Travel by bus from outside the hotel was just so easy- tap on and off with your bank card and only about 5 stops. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the toiletries you would need for a short break. Lovely and much needed “pod” coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, iron and hairdryer in room. Iced water, boiled sweets in reception and even an option to “rent” an umbrella. Really lovely hotel, with amazing breakfast buffet offering- full breakfast, continental, yoghurts and fruit, and delicious pastries. There is the option to have lunch and dinner in the hotel, but menu is fairly limited and we found a lovely supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. Had a lovely stay with my son and would definitely return. Thank you all so much.

Cleanliness, staff and the quality of the drinks and food in restaurant

staff weren't as welcoming as other places. Trying to get a response from the hotel to questions prior to our arrival was disappointing.

“Bike friendly hotel”

The room was clean and comfortable. It was ideal for us as it had a secure area to park our bikes. The staff were friendly. The welcome waffle at check in was a nice touch. It was a little out of the centre with not a lot to do in the area but there was a good bus link into the city centre. It was good value for money. We cant comment on the breakfast as we were room only therefore did not have breakfast which did seem quite expensive

I had a great time at this hotel. Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly, always in good mood and very helpful. On the first day, they gave me all information about location, the hotel, and how to reach city center. They answered all my questions and fixed small problems quickly.

The beds are very comfortable, the room is clean, the staff is cordial and they offered early check in without charging extra

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff great choice at breakfast .and bus stop right out side takes you to the centre in 10 minutes .I would defiantly stay again and would recommend this hotel .

The hotel is a very good choice — clean, well-maintained, and with comfortable beds that make the stay even more enjoyable. The staff is kind, attentive, and always welcoming with a smile, which creates a very positive atmosphere. The location is also ideal — the bus stop is just a few steps away, and it is close to the city center, making it very easy to get around. I highly recommend this hotel!🙌

“Great location, well presented, comfortable stay”

Breakfast offered a good variety of choices but the hot food suffered from batch cooking. The fried eggs could bounce and needed a machete to get into them. Cold buffet was very good. Being a popular tour group hotel breakfast was often very busy and staff struggled to keep up with clearing tables and refilling food. Location was good for an out of city centre hotel. No 22 bus linked the 2 stations making it easy to get to from the airport and then easy to get into the centre. The staff were generally very polite and helpful. We experienced one unpleasant interaction in the bar but the reception staff were excellent.

Very nice hotel on the 22 bus route (easy access to Schipol and Central Station). A very comfortable stay as far as the room was concerned - decent size and usual facilities including not brilliant Wi-fi on 6th floor. Varied breakfast including Cooked (not brilliant - the Scrambled Egg is unique!) and Continental (very good). Staff were very helpful at all times. In many ways this hotel deserves a top rating but, given my experience (detailed below), I am afraid I cannot give full marks. Don't let it put you off booking as ideal location to get around Am'dam with frequent bus service just outside hotel.

Friendly polite staff. Nice added touches such as warm stroopwafels at check in. Arrived Easter Sunday to find packet of crisps, bottle of water and a large bag of Easter eggs. Breakfast was good and meals served in restaurant was delicious.

I've stayed at this hotel many times before, always happy with my stays, hotel not far from centre, bus stops right outside. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are very cozy and always clean, this is now my go to place when visiting Amsterdam.
