I wish the cleaning staff were informed in advance about which rooms have paid for a late check-out. I got woken up by the cleaners at 10:30 and had to explain the situation to them myself.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean with much more space than we expected. The hotel is in a great location - close by to a lot of restaurants, cafes and clothes shops, which made getting around really easy. The staff were lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here!

The location was perfect, room also, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We read tons of reviews that were complaining of the noises downstairs, not true. Yes you could hear the tram but nothing crazy, no people talking or drinking or anything else. It was actually very pleasant and clean.
