Overview
Hotel Kasteel Terworm is a luxurious 4-star Superior hotel set in a 14th century castle surrounded by French rococo gardens and nature park. It is located within walking distance of the city of Heerlen. The castle features luxurious bedrooms, all individually designed to the highest standards. They feature a minibar, seating area and TV. Each has a bathroom which is fitted with a bath and/or shower. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the classic environment of the restaurant. The restaurant offers local and seasonal dishes. You can enjoy a drink in the d'Auberge bar. Free Wi-Fi and free parking is offered by Hotel Kasteel Terworm. Bicycle rental is available on site. On sunny days you can relax on the Castle-Moat terrace with a drink. Our guests can make free use of the swimming pool and gym in the nearby Van der Valk Hotel Heerlen. The sauna can be used at an additional cost. Maastricht is 20 minutes by car. The A76 and A79 highways are a 5-minutes' drive.

We like the Dutch Castle hotel concept it has lots of character. This hotel with 40 bedrooms makes it ideal for large family occasions. The location in the forest with a moat makes it special. We are impressed with the group van der Valk taking the management.

Very Old school - beautiful room, modern but classy bathroom, all very spacious, excellent quality of furniture, breakfast partially a la carte which makes a huuuuuge difference :), quiet surroundings with lots of greenery, birds and ducks .

“Romantic Weekend”
Very nice old fashioned room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to park in front of the castle. With our room we got free tickets to the spa next door. The restaurant was very good for dinner as well as a good service for breakfast. Ideal location for nice romantic week-end.

“A beautiful romantic weekend... enjoy your stay”
The castle is just beautiful! Most of the rooms are outside of the castle, but part of the grounds surrounded by the moat. The room was incredible and very comfortable. It's quiet with beautiful views of the forest.

“A lovely weekend stay at the castle Terworm while visiting the musical "Het geluk van Limberg".”
The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. We ordered two each very good wines for our stay and the waitress volunteerd to request from the chef whether he could prepare a dinner the next day matching the selected wine. A lovely gesture which challenge was taken up by the chef. FIRST CLASS. The food was exceptional.

“Truly a royal night”
Perfect accommodation for a romantic night. Our castle room had a view of the garden which was beautiful, the room was really comfortable and spacious. We went to the restaurant downstairs for dinner and it was an experience. The food was on another level and the service was great too
