the hotel itself was good overall, it had a good breakfast variety but we did not take it. We were there for 3 days, and the hotel was very comfortable. The locaction is great - 1 minute walk from the train station and close to everything! Well worth it!

“disappointing”

we stayed 4 days in a suite. the bed is covered with satin fabric, and oddly enough, the mattress kept sliding, resulting in me ending up on the floor next to the bed (with the mattress of course). Τhe next day they replaced the mattress, which still slid but fortunately did not fall to the floor. Τhey also replaced the stone-textured pillow. Οne of the four days we returned late in the afternoon and, to our surprise, we found the room door open with a dust cloth wedged underneath it, which a cleaner had obviously forgotten. Fortunately, nothing was missing. The room does not have a safe, the wardrobe has an extremely inconvenient design, and something unacceptable for the money i paid, there was no mini fridge, resulting in me going to the reception three times a day to get ice. Furthermore, when we arrived there were no towels.

Clean and tidy. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and good value for money. Location is very close to the centre of Leiden.

Location close to the train/bus station and Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). There are restaurants around and in the hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious and varied breakfast. Clean room, bathroom and toilet. Comfortable beds and pillows. If needed, a luggage room is available upon check-out.
